With strong roots in the traditions and culture of her native Chachoengsao, Chef Nooror s profound knowledge of authentic Thai cuisine was taught to her by her mother, as well as by various Thai food Gurus. Having travelled the world in the promotion of Thai Cuisine and Culture, she has accumulated a thorough knowledge and understanding of a variety of culinary values, acquiring celebrity and pioneering chef statuses along the way. Her knowledge and experience of Thai Cooking of the Past, and Thai Cuisine of Today, and her vision of the Thai Kitchen of Tomorrow make her one of the most creative and interesting Thai chefs in today s world.
